90-DAY PRODUCT WARRANTY
If any Toppy Toddler product should break or fail in normal use, following recommended care instructions, during the first 90-days after purchase, we want to repair or replace it. Please contact CUSTOMER CARE before returning an item so that we may make the necessary arrangements. No unauthorized returns are accepted.
For product warranty issues, please keep your receipt or record of purchase. Warranty issues may not be addressed without proof of purchase from an authorized Toppy Toddler re-seller.
Occasionally Toppy Toddler makes a change in the design or packaging of an item. We continue to provide a redesigned item only if it continues to meet our tough specifications and remains substantially the same as pictured. (As always, any merchandise that you are not completely satisfied with may be returned unused within 30 days. Please contact CUSTOMER CARE for instructions.

For refunds or exchanges of Toppy Toddler products that were not purchased at ToppyToddler.com, please return item(s) directly to the place of purchase, and follow their specific return and exchange policies.

Toppy Toddler does not support purchases made from any unauthorized retailer.
All returns are subject to final approval from Toppy Toddler Customer Service Department.
